SRM B School organized “Traders’ Specs”, a Workshop on Online Trading on 2nd April 2014. The objective of the workshop is to help the students to master the nuances of Online Trading.

Mr. A. Ganesh, MBA I year student was the resource person for the workshop. He created a virtual trading platform called as “Bulls N Bears”, where the students bought and sold securities for a fortnight before the workshop. The top 30 traders were selected to attend the workshop. He commenced the workshop by teaching the basics of stock market. He further went on to educate the participants about Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis. He conducted a demonstration session about the usage of different charts used in online trading. He also gave tips for intra-day trading. His experience and expertise as a frequent trader in stock market conveyed plethora of information to the participants. He clarified the various queries raised by the participants effectively.  The participants were enthusiastic and excited to be a part of the workshop conducted by their own classmate.

Dr. S. Gayathry, AP-SRM B School was the Faculty coordinator for the workshop. Dr.S.Kesavan, HOD, SRM B School and the faculty members of SRM B School graced the occasion by their presence.
